I paid for the inspection ticker when I got there the inspection was not ready. I had to go to do it for myself. With my own money. Now I am not sure when I will get my money back. I was very interested in purchasing a vehicle. I was ready to buy, however the sales manger was completely full of it. Listing price online was $47,999, yet he said it was $50,000, with a $2000 d I was ready to buy, however the sales manger was completely full of it. Listing price online was $47,999, yet he said it was $50,000, with a $2000 deposit, yet no where does it say anything about a deposit. It clearly states listing price $47,999. I then go back to the web site listing where I found the vehicle and its been on the lot since March and the lowest listing price was $46,999. The sales manager insisted they have over $49,000 invested in the vehicle. Nothing worse than a complete liar. More

This dealership is unprofessional from the general manager (Peter )to the service center being the worse. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here it was an unpleasant experience for me manager (Peter )to the service center being the worse. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here it was an unpleasant experience for me, I will never go back there again, if for some reason you end up using their service center, make sure you get receipts and pictures of your miles on your car when you drop it off, because they’ll use your car for joyrides or whatever they did with mine hundreds of miles later and denied it. Complete scam. Vehicle is listed for $16997 with a $500 internet discount. Salesperson calls me and confirms the vehicle is available and the price is accurate wi Vehicle is listed for $16997 with a $500 internet discount. Salesperson calls me and confirms the vehicle is available and the price is accurate with the additional $500 off. I schedule a test drive and drive over an hour. I ask for the salesperson, Melissa (she said to ask for her on the phone) and I was shuffled to another salesperson who I haven’t spoken with. No problem. I test drive the vehicle and notice the rotors are pitted and rusted and mention this. The salesperson goes and asks and comes back saying they are brand new. Having owned 18 vehicles and changed brakes upwards of 100 times I simply let it go. Clearly they aren’t being honest but whatever the price is assumed to be fine for the vehicle. Move forward with a purchase and the salesperson comes back with the deal sheet with a bottom line price of $20,840. Needless to say this is pure nonsense. Apparently their marketing team thinks it’s cute to lure people in with an inaccurate retail price and e-coupon so I can spend Labor Day driving 3 hours with family to be scammed. 0/10 do not recommend. More
