Shout out to Taylor in Finance because he was also awesome- friendly, thorough yet efficient, encouraging but not pushy, and had a great Alabama accent. I will recommend this team and go back when I buy again. More

I recently purchased a new vehicle at Fred Anderson Toyota and had an incredibly straightforward experience. My salesman, Matt G, was fantastic to work with. He is very patient and made sure I got exac Toyota and had an incredibly straightforward experience. My salesman, Matt G, was fantastic to work with. He is very patient and made sure I got exactly the car I was looking for. Sales Manager Bill Utnick and Business Manager Taylor were also a huge help in keeping the deal transparent and stress free. What I appreciated most was that once we agreed on the price, the numbers never changed. They presented options for things like extended warranties and took the time to explain everything clearly, but there was absolutely no pressure. They even helped ensure my tag transfer was handled correctly so I didn't have to worry about the paperwork. Highly recommend this team if you want a fair price and no surprises. More

My experience with Matt Gladwell at Fred Anderson Toyota was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! I saw Matt in October wanting to buy a specific vehicle, in a specific trim package and color, and although I knew that I had was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! I saw Matt in October wanting to buy a specific vehicle, in a specific trim package and color, and although I knew that I had to wait for my vehicle to be built, Matt was so accommodating in providing me weekly updates as to where my vehicle was in the process. He was ALWAYS professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with answering all of my questions!
