The service was smooth and easy. I spoke with the man who suggested the type of new tires I needed for my car and he ordered them. I had scheduled an airbag recall appointment several weeks ago to ensure the parts were available. When I arrived at the dealership, I added an oil change onto my visit. After two hours of waiting, they weeks ago to ensure the parts were available. When I arrived at the dealership, I added an oil change onto my visit. After two hours of waiting, they completed the oil change, gave me a list of other recommended services needed totaling over $2,000 and then told me the recall part was not in and I would need to come back in 1-2 weeks. No one called me prior to my appointment to tell me the part was not in and the service representative did not inform me that the part was not in when I arrived at 8 am. This was a waste of my time and I was extremely frustrated with the lack of communication. I honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of. Very disappointing as we purchased our vehicle at this location in 2014 and have had service done there for years. After all of this I had to pay in full for the oil change (zero discounts offered). All I was offered was an apology. More

Car was dropped off on a Monday and I was told it would be a 24 hour service. My car sat for 48 hours and was not touched. I was also not called and updated. They now charge a 3% transaction fee when you use a credit card. The service consultant was fine, my oil changed, took about an hour, which seems normal. The cashier seems a bit inept though. she had system problems. And when sitting in the waiting area, I had to listen to several customers problems. It was very ghetto. The price of the oil change is significantly different than it used to be and nobody offered or asked if I had a coupon, etc. I know my explanation isn't very well written and I don't care it's about as well written as the way that this dealership operates More
