Having this be the 3rd new car I personally purchased and we also purchased 2 used cars from Honda Cars of Bellevue, I asked if they could throw in a free oil change, will that didn't happen. I was a little disappointed by this. So much for being told you are a VIP person. I will still come back someday when I'm ready for another car. More

I tell you this so you understand how great this dealership is. We purchased a new 2015 CR-V from Honda Cars of Bellevue this weekend. A great experience from beginning to end. Michael Gonzales was an excellent sales person. He treated us great and probably answered more questions than we actually asked. The only options we wanted to add were remote start and the all weather floor mats, and they had it ready for us the next day. We met with Tari Brewer to do all the financial paper work. She too was a great person with whom to work. She didn't sell us on any product (protection package, extended warranty, etc.) we didn't need, but let us know all the options we had available to us, and explained everything thoroughly without being patronizing. Overall a great experience. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anybody looking to buy a Honda. More

I dealt with TJ Hamilton and can honestly say that TJ made the experience very pleasant. He was courteous, pleasant to talk with, and a true professional in the best way, and made my wife & I feel very comfortable. He was also very knowledgeable about the pilot and for the 1 or 2 questions I had that he wasn't sure about, he immediately went to find answers for me. I would highly recommend him (and already have) to all of my friends, or anyone I know who's interested in purchasing a vehicle. We left for home yesterday having made a new friend, and his name is TJ. His after the sale help has already come in handy also, having already made 2 calls to him about a couple of the new bells & whistles on our Pilot and getting my questions answered over the phone. Thanks, TJ! I really need to mention Tari Brewer in the finance dept. also. She finalized the (painful part) of the transaction for us, and again was very professional and courteous. It always takes a while to finish up all the paper work on a new vehicle purchase, but Tari made it a pleasant experience. We could tell she's done this for some time now, because it all went like clockwork and before we knew it, we were ready to take off with our beautiful new Pilot. Many thanks to TJ and Tari and anyone else who had a behind the scenes part in this transaction. Dealing with Honda Cars of Bellevue has once again been a pleasurable experience. More
