We never felt pressured in any way, and he was happy to show us what we wanted to see. We have wanted to buy a second car for some time, but other dealerships we visited always tried to show us things we didn't want and pressure us into spending more than we were comfortable spending. We really appreciated how knowledgeable Nozim was, not just about the car we bought, but LOTS of other cars. He was also fantastic at helping us estimate on the spot how various financing options might work with our budget. Tari was great, giving us all of the details about Honda Care that made us go from not wanting a warranty to feeling very comfortable with the 8yr/100 mile warranty. Coming in to pick up the Pilot, David went above and beyond to show us all of the features inside and out that the car. Cheryl had all of our information ready and the closing was very smooth.
