Used cars are not inspected. I expect from a highly rated dealer that everything about the car is disclosed. After a long wait, due to shortage of cars, my wife and I were able to finally drive out of the dealership in our 2023 Toyota Prius. Tanner Tulgetske, Michael 'MJ' Joh, and Rob Lisowski made my experience best in my life. They made the purchase process simple by allowing all necessary documents to be submitted ahead of time over the internet. They used their web site to show me all the details and explain all the options that are included in the vehicle. They suggested warranty options, maintenance plans and presented the cost of all the options. It's much easier to understand if there is no pressure and when it can be done over extended period of time. MJ is an expert with all the electronics that are built into the new version. It's truly amazing that he could cover the presentation of countless settings and myriad of tweaks in just over an hour.
