We always receive top-notch service at Jim Hudson Lexus. Tanner in the service department kept us informed all along the way and explained everything in detail when we picked up the vehicle. I have previously left one other review and I am back because I have had a very presumably unusual yet extremely serious situation arise. After purchasing my brand new 2023 RX350 Dream Car, I experienced because I have had a very presumably unusual yet extremely serious situation arise. After purchasing my brand new 2023 RX350 Dream Car, I experienced what I can only explain as a peculiar issue which began as a series of concurrent dashboard lights. Mind you, I had only made 2 payments and hadn't even had my first oil change. My husband drove my car to the dealership and when I got home from work I found a courtesy car in my driveway. I have now had 2 courtesy vehicles and been without my vehicle for over a month. Lexus Corporate sent specialists along with those already employed at Jim Hudson Lexus. Ultimately, our salesman Kyle Reed has been super supportive throughout this process and even the General Manager Robert Yoemans has promised to provide excellent customer service and help get us into something we're comfortable in that is as good or better than what we were previously in. With the level of Lexus for Life customer care we have experienced so far, I am certain that we will be treated on the "better" side of that equation.
