I came to this Honda location because I don’t know much about cars and wanted to trust the professionals to explain what was going on with my vehicle. Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager, Tania about cars and wanted to trust the professionals to explain what was going on with my vehicle. Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager, Tania Joya, left me feeling completely dismissed and gaslit. She told me she would follow up with me after speaking to the mechanic, but that call never came. I had to make multiple calls myself just to reach her. When we finally spoke, instead of helping me understand the situation, she was defensive and made me feel like I was the problem for asking questions. At one point, she even accused me of suggesting Honda tampered with my car (something I never said or believed). As someone who went in looking for clear guidance, I left feeling confused, blamed, and without any real answers. This is not the kind of treatment I expected when seeking professional advice. More

This was by far the most disgusting and shady experience I’ve ever had with any company. I brought my 2019 vehicle (only 60,000 miles, always well maintained, never any issues) in for a simple electrical pr I’ve ever had with any company. I brought my 2019 vehicle (only 60,000 miles, always well maintained, never any issues) in for a simple electrical problem due to a faulty sensor. The car was driving perfectly fine before I dropped it off. After Honda replaced the sensor, I picked up the car and immediately noticed it sputtering. The very next day, my car completely broke down on the road and had to be towed — all because of their “service.” When I called to ask how a car that ran flawlessly before could suddenly die ONE DAY after leaving their shop, I was fed an insulting excuse. They claimed the breakdown was due to “bad spark plugs” supposedly installed by another company, even though I confirmed with that company those plugs were fully approved for my car. Conveniently, this so-called “pre-existing issue” was never mentioned during their original diagnostics — yet somehow it magically appeared right after they touched my vehicle. The manager, Tania, promised to call me back after speaking with the mechanic but never did. Instead, I had to chase her down with multiple phone calls, only to be met with rudeness, deflection, and blame-shifting. She even accused me of suggesting Honda tampered with my vehicle — when all I wanted was an explanation and some accountability (mistakes happen!). This entire ordeal has destroyed my trust in Honda. The negligence, dishonesty, and sheer lack of professionalism here are absolutely unacceptable. I feel completely taken advantage of, and I would strongly warn anyone against trusting this location with their vehicle. More

After researching and visiting numerous dealerships, I am so happy we stopped at Criswell Honda in Germantown! From the moment my husband and I walked in, we were greeted with pure kindness and I knew from t so happy we stopped at Criswell Honda in Germantown! From the moment my husband and I walked in, we were greeted with pure kindness and I knew from the start that this place was for us. They had a beautiful selection of cars and made it so hard to choose! Huge shout out to the gentleman, Jay who took care of us from start to finish and made this whole experience one to remember. He took his time to explain every detail about the cars they had and let me tell you, he is very thorough! He was super patient with us and took his time and really listened to what we needed and what we were looking for. You can’t find that at other dealerships, trust me! I cannot express how thankful AND grateful I am to Jay and the Criswell Honda team for taking care of us and making us feel like family. I am on cloud nine! I went to Criswell Honda for service(Oil Change) on my Honda Clarity with appointment and a young lad came in took my details for the purpose of my visit and wrote something down on then paper and since i Honda Clarity with appointment and a young lad came in took my details for the purpose of my visit and wrote something down on then paper and since i had appointment and nothing else disclosed about my wait time and he made me feel like it will be like In and Out.I had appointment for 10:00am expecting to have oil change within an hour and when it was 10:30 am i inquired about the status of my car and met with Carina Arriola the Service manager who approached me after inquiring with 3 to 4 other employees about my Car and stated that its wriitten on the paper that your car will be ready by 12:00pm so i will have to wait and if you dont want tto wait she can have my car pulled and i can leave without any service done. I had no other option than to approach her Service Director Tania Joya about the whole situation and her responce to my complain was what Carina did was the right thing and if you dont want to wait than you can take your car !!! I was Shocked to have this kind of responce from a Seervice Director !!! On this visit i was made to believe like My Way or Highway !!! Shame on you both to behave with your client in such a nasty Way !! More

I picked up my 2021 Honda Pilot 7/20/23 evening after having some recalls taken care of. I was upset and disappointed to see grease stains on both my front and back leather seats 7/21/23 morning. The car smelled like a car repair garage when I picked it up. Also, my gloves and cellphone charging cables were pulled and thrown on the floor of the car. I did not notice the stains 7/20/23 pm as it was dark when I picked up my car. Does the dealership not have a protocol to protect our vehicles from grease stains when they are being worked on? If there is one, why was it not followed? This is a new car and I am particular about keeping it clean. It will need regular maintenance work. How will I know that when I bring it for maintenance it won’t be returned to me in the condition it was returned on 7/29/23? I called the dealership when I discovered the mess and explained what happened. After a lengthy hold, I was told that the manager would call back. There was no call back. The following day I sent an email to the dealership and have yet to hear back. I emailed the manager, no response. More
