Walked in was greeted by the hunky service reps at front desk. Asked us if we wanted any coffee or water, informed us where the restrooms are. Felt at home starting with the front desk. Arrived at front desk to be greeted by the same body builder guy who remembered us. Met with Tan and started the process to purchased the Highlander Limited.
