My salesperson was very helpful. I supposedly had an appointment but waited 20 minutes after checking in at reception and no one was assigned to me. After questioning them it was ano I supposedly had an appointment but waited 20 minutes after checking in at reception and no one was assigned to me. After questioning them it was another 20 minutes before anyone was assigned to me, not the salesperson’s fault. In general though there was a lack of urgency at the dealership to move things along.
