When I arrived, I wasn't greeted right away. Then when a lady came over to help us. She asked what kind of service I needed. I told her we had an appointment for an oil change and she took our keys and told us it'd be about an hour an hour to an hour and a half wait. We said okay and told her we would be waiting in the lobby. About an hour after waiting I noticed her come in but didn't say anything to us. We proceeded to wait at least another 30 to 45 min then I realized my car was parked out front. I told my husband and he said let's go ask if it's finished. We went to the cashier and they said it was. I asked them why we weren't notified that It was done? Because of her lack of communication, we waited a lot longer than necessary. So I asked for the manager but then they told me that our service rep was in fact the manager. I figured there was no need to complain to her since the complaint would fall on her and no one else was around that we could speak to that was higher up than her. This lady needs to learn some basic courtesy and maybe a little more manners. It's already a long wait and by her just moving our car to the front when she knew we were waiting and giving us no acknowledgement, it just burns me up. She obviously thinks her time is more valuable than ours. Terrible service. Probably won't be going back to this dealership. More

Went in for an oil change tire rotation, and a recall on the back seatbelt. They took six hours to do this. This is very unacceptable. If it’s gonna take more than two hours they need to let somebody know a the back seatbelt. They took six hours to do this. This is very unacceptable. If it’s gonna take more than two hours they need to let somebody know at the beginning so that they could either rent a car and go to the mall or something instead of spending six hours and those low back chairs that causes back aches and neck pain i’m not sure which associate was taking care of us but all I do know is that by talking to all the people that was waiting to have their cars done none of them in there and there was happy because I was either waiting more than two hours or they was waiting for hours all I know is that when I looked out to see what they was doing to my car I seen a mechanic doing with drinking a Powerade drink, and doing a lot of talking and flirting More
