It needs an upgrade. Upon arrival there were lots of cars in both lanes. I was not greeted by anyone. I walked up to the service providers. I have been told that at every appt. When Tammy helped me, she was absolutely wonderful. Inside waiting area has ripped chairs. I have gone to Lokey Nissan in Clearwater for years. I suggest looking at their facility. It is top notch. I also feel almost 3 hours is way too long for an oil change. More

I had one of my best experiences. I have come to Jenkins since I purchased my 2016 Rogue and this time has been one the visits I can say they went over the top. I was at the dealership from 7:40am to 11:28am with an appointment. I felt like my car wasn't adequately inspected (tires) initially. Per my partner's request we had the car put back up so that I could se appointment. I felt like my car wasn't adequately inspected (tires) initially. Per my partner's request we had the car put back up so that I could see my tires. The tire they stated was the best on the car was actually splitting. They apologized and stated it was not communicated properly but if I had left thinking that tire was fine it would've been dangerous. It visibly looked like the worse tire on my car. We ended up buying four tires, but I was not happy with the overall service and time it took. More
