Excellent car buying exoerience This was the best car buying we ever had. We did our homework on the Honda CRV and 2 competitors vehicles and were prepared to buy depending on test d This was the best car buying we ever had. We did our homework on the Honda CRV and 2 competitors vehicles and were prepared to buy depending on test drive. Richard Nusbaum BCD representative was my furst contact. He responded quickly to my inquiry and set us up for a sales appointment with Brian Madden. Brian was excellent. He was personable, knowledgeable and very professional! He never made me feel rushed as went over the car with me and answered all my questions even though he was aware we were looking at competitors. Before we left he intoduced us to TJ Madden the sales manager who had approved our deal who also offered to help us should we find a a different vehicle at a non honda Herb Chambers! We ended up deciding the CRV was exactly what we were looking for so returned to buy the car. Again Brian was on point as he walked us through the purchase in a timely fashion communicating with us every step of the way. Herb We bought the car Saturday and was driving away with the car Tuesday! This experience was outstanding and we love our new Honda CRV. We highly recommend Brian Madden and his team! More
