We visited more than one Subaru dealership while on a short, targeted car shopping trip in Portland. TJ wasn't the first sales associate that we encountered over the weekend, but I'm happy to say he was our last and the one we ended up purchasing our car with. We were moving to Portland from out of town. Our first communication with TJ was while we had yet to arrive. He was prompt and eager to help us find a car. He sent a video of the car as requested, which helped a ton as, again, we couldn't see the car in person. Upon arrival, he was easy to work with and respectful of our time. The entire process was fair, and it didn't feel like unnecessary items were pushed. I wouldn't be able to say the same from our experience with another sales person (at another dealership) - which we actually had visited first, came close to buying, but ultimately walked away. More
