I had a conversation with a employee here and inquired about the lease price. She promised to contact me once the price was calculated, but it's been two days with no response. Since then, there has been no communication at all. She doesn't answer the phone, and there's no reply to the text messages either. This is my first time experiencing such poor customer service from a car dealership. More

I never received an OWNERS MANUAL with the vehicle. Instead there was an OPERATORS MANUAL, which is worthless to me. So I had to purchase an owners manual from HELM for $80.00. A vehicle with a MSRP of $88,970 should come with an owners manual just like all the other Tahoes/Chevrolet vehicles I have purchased in the past. More
