Three times is a charm This is my third car from Jeffrey Stampler. My first C300 was purchased, the second C300, leased and the third (my current vehicle) a “personalized” This is my third car from Jeffrey Stampler. My first C300 was purchased, the second C300, leased and the third (my current vehicle) a “personalized” leased GLC. Yes, I worked with Jeffrey through the entire process, ordering the vehicle well in advance. Jeffrey had the patience of a saint, helping select every option that I might want. Since I’m the driver we started with the interior, and since the 2020, had just been released he did so much research to find the appropriate color and wood trim that would complement my driving experience. The exterior color was easy. With all the crazy drivers on the road, we equipped the car with every possible safety option available from Mercedes Benz. Gotta love it!!!! What is even more amazing, was that Jeffrey remembered my favorite flower and at the culmination of the delivery he handed me three. What a gentleman and a professional. Currently, I have 200 miles on the car and every day is an eye awakening experience. Although he explained everything upon delivery, seeing is believing; and I find it amazing how intuitive the vehicle is. Can’t imagine what Jeffrey and Mercedes Benz will have available in 2023. My mother and i both came in on a Sunday looking for 2 cars and when i tell you we were treated so amazing and with such care and professionalism i mean really i cant express enough how much i love Helms bros and every individual involved in our experience in this dealership. Dino helped us every step of the way his knowledge and experience helped both my mom and i to make the right decision on which care each one of us picked. We finally sat and picked out with detail what we wanted and Dino did just that ! The finance department was amazing they worked with us every step of the way to assure we got the best deal and approval. I worked closely with Jen the manager for the finance department and i mean she is an angel truly an amazing women ! When i told her we wanted to pick up the cars on August 22nd for my mother birthday i mean she went above and beyond alongside with all the helms bros representatives and made this a true memorable experience on such a special day for my mothers 50th birthday. The vehicle was clean, well-cared for, and delivered on time, so I did not take it to my personal mechanic for an inspection like I normally do when buying a car. Helms Bros solid reputation is well-known, and Suzanne told me they would make things right if I had any problems- something I knew I couldn't get by buying from a private owner on Craigslist. Kenya in the business office got everything written up in relatively short order, walked me through the process, answered my questions, and I never felt like she tried to upsell me on anything. This dealership is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I had my friend with me on a very hot day , and helms provided us with bottled water, and snacks while we sat on a leather couch in the waiting area and watched ESPN. They answered all of my questions, respected my time, and everyone we encountered there was friendly. More
