Me and my wife want to give a BIG shout out and a BIG THANK YOU to (Jim Crampton.) Jim Crampton came in to work on his day off and worked very hard and made our experience at Mandel’s very easy with n THANK YOU to (Jim Crampton.) This is our 2nd vehicle with Mandal’s. Also will like to give a big shout out to the staff as well. They are very friendly and professional. Ms. Susie Hatheway at the Servis department has always made service department a comfortable experience on your wait. Ones again a big shout out to Mr. Jim Crampton for his hard work and dedication. He came in on his day off. Made my visit much easier with no stress. Thanks Jim Crampton. And to Ms Susie Hatheway in service department. Service took 2 1/2 days. It was never relayed to me that it would take this long. People were pleasant, but the 3% up charge for using a credit card? Include it in your price or inform your customers about that upfront. More
