If your car is new and still under warranty they ignore issu They promise you the world when selling me my 2 Honda CR-V 2018 purchased the same day brand new. I have issues with my fan speed going up and down on They promise you the world when selling me my 2 Honda CR-V 2018 purchased the same day brand new. I have issues with my fan speed going up and down on its own. It’s not constant but happening about 75% of the time. I have had to turn the car on and off 4-5 times because the fan will be blowing at minimum speed very little cold air on a scolding hot car that was sitting in the sun. I took the car in and just a few hours latter was told to pick it up because it’s fine. They told me this was my fault for driving in the eco mode. I told them o own another exact car and never had this issue but they said that was not true and that all their cars do that. After calling other dealers to help me, I was told that braman Honda does thus, if it’s under warranty they want you in and out of there without spending on your car but when the warranty was over they will find 20 extra issues because the more the larger your bill. Please beware More

Best Buying Experience EVER!!! Spoke to Hansel over the phone and scheduled an appointment later that afternoon. He listened to all my needs and wants. A few hours later I drove o Spoke to Hansel over the phone and scheduled an appointment later that afternoon. He listened to all my needs and wants. A few hours later I drove off with a brand new 2018 Accord. It really was that fast and easy. Hands down to William in financing as well for making the process stress free. I also want to recognize Sue in the service department. I took my car in the following day to get my windows tinted and she was just a doll to work with.
