I guess I was just lucky that Mike (Medlin) answered the phone when I called to inquire about a certified ES 300h. I got complete info on the vehicle quickly. I visited the dealership the next day to look phone when I called to inquire about a certified ES 300h. I got complete info on the vehicle quickly. I visited the dealership the next day to look the vehicle over and drive it. sat down with Mike to talk numbers and within 20 minutes had a deal that I was comfortable with. I made an appointment date and time to pick up the car. When we showed up to "pick up" the car we got the royal treatment from everyone involved. Mike, Susan, Bric and Nancy all made our experience really special. Thanks guys for a great day at the best dealership we've ever dealt with. More
