My wife and i returned and through Steve's efforts were able to finalize a purchase. He was helpful in explaining the difference in the vehicles we were considering and answered the numerous questions i posed about vehicle options, criteria for being a certified pre-owned vehicle and warranty/maintenance protection. With Steve coordinating the deal we were able to close the sale late on a saturday afternoon. Jim and the remaining staff that we came in contact with were also very professional in their approach. Whether someone is familiar with BMW vehicles or not this team could facilitate the sales process and make the whole process a comfortable and satisfactory experience.
