I left two visits at local Hyundai dealers disappointed with the aggressive "sell" of their product and their inability to direct their talks with me instead of my husband even though it was clear by the test drive who the car was for. LeSeuer CC was the opposite experience. We test drove a number of vehicles with absolutely no pressure to purchase a specific kind of car (or any car from them). We returned the next day and felt we were treated fairly, with kindness and respect during the purchasing process. I've already mentioned this family dealership to my friends. The only reason I gave a 4 for quality of service is I left the lot in my new car with basically an empty tank of gas. This seemed a bit weird. More

Rating would have been a 5 if they filled the car with gas instead of giving us an empty tank (only 35 miles to empty) and a second key. I now have an extra $200 cost plus the research and time. More

He was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and followed up with us and did everything he agreed to do and then some. The actual time in to process paperwork to complete the sale was barely over an hour!! Lowest doc fees, no city tax, and no hidden add-ons to surprise you with at the end is such a refreshing and honest approach. I don't know why everyone isn't coming here to buy!! More
