LeSueur has become my go to service center for my VW for several years now. I drive down from Prescott to utilize their services. My first experience was having a timing belt changed in an older VW Jett several years now. I drive down from Prescott to utilize their services. My first experience was having a timing belt changed in an older VW Jetta diesel. They did the work for significantly less that the original dealer proposed. My second experience was with a balky a/c unit on my VW passat wagon diesel. Again I went to the original dealer -- they charged me $125 for diagnostics, recommended either a complete replacement of the a/c (about $1,500) or trade the car in. Decided to check with LeSueur. They kept the car for nearly a day trying to figure out the problem and ultimately replaced a $5 part and charged me less than the diagnostic at the other dealer. Has worked fine since that date about 3 years ago. I had one other more serious issue one time. A part LeSueur installed on my old VW failed. It was a failure due to a manufacturing defect in the replacement part, it had nothing to do with LeSueur's work. The failure caused some additional damage to the car. LeSueur stood behind its work and the part and took care of the entire repair cost with no hassle. It was the single best experience I ever had with a dealer and showed their integrity and honesty, something that you can't put a price on. I highly recommend LeSueur for its honesty, fairness and integrity. The employees I have met have all been professional and helpful. I have great confidence in this dealer. More

Steven once again helped me get into an E350 and worked with me on a fair price for my trade in and a good price for my new car. The customer service at LeSueur is 10 times better than any car dealership I have ever experienced and I plan on going back when I need another car in the future.
