The whole process was easier than I've ever experienced before. I'm 56 and have purchased plenty of cars during my short life. The things we loved. No salesmen waiting for you to open the door of your car so they can pounce on you. Everyone was busy doing something. They had their older kids learning the family's business. Steven was very efficient with all of the paperwork and information that we needed. We asked if the windshield wipers could be replaced. No hesitation on Stevens part. They were immediately replaced. We will be back for another purchase when the time comes. More

I'd travel 3 hrs to buy another car from them first of all, the car i purchased is great. Their website has all the upfront pricing without hidden fees. I'm 2,000 miles from Tempe, AZ so this is the first time I've bought a vehicle without seeing it or test driving it. Their website had 60 well composed photos showing everything. There was one minor scuff on the inside driver's door but that was shown in the photos, so no surprises. Steven was very willing to go over the vehicle with a fine-toothed comb over the phone with me. When I took delivery of the vehicle, (it was 2 days early!), it was exactly as Steven had described. No undisclosed dings or scratches. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and will definitely call Steven when it's time for our next vehicle. More
