From the initial test drive, to negotiating the price, to financing, and signing the papers, everything went exactly as it should. The test drive was hassle and pressure free. They addressed our questions and concerns about the car in a clear and honest manner. They were completely fair and transparent in negotiating the price and the value of our trade. They were able to get us a better deal on financing than I was able to get through my credit union or bank. When we showed up to finalize the deal everything was exactly as we had agreed and there were no surprises or unexpected charges. The wonderful people at LeSueur defied our expectations of a used car business at every turn. They were fair, honest, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and worked hard to earn our business. We will certainly buy our next car from them as well. More

After one visit and test drive of a vehicle we liked, (It was nice test driving the car without a backseat driver), we knew we wanted to get our car from LeSueur. It was very laid back, no one hassled us when we got to the lot. Steven was great, he made the process as easy and no stress. What I really appreciated about Steven was his honesty. We left the lot in our car happy and that's a rare feeling especially with dealerships. We plan to purchase again. I would recommend them. More

This is actually our second time buying a vehicle from LeSueur and after looking for months we came back to LeSueur when I decided I wanted to buy pre-owned. It has truly been the best car buying experience like the last and unlike any I have experienced before. They are transparent with their customers, family owned, hands down give the best rates, no hidden fees, and I believe offer the lowest taxes. I was so impressed by their customer service and the way Steven handled our experience. Their sincerity and thoroughness in explaining all of the details to me was very clear and easy to understand. I didn't feel that they were just trying to get me in a car out of the door as soon as possible. Very patient and Steven was very patient as I wanted to test drive many vehicles. So grateful a company like this still exists and other dealerships should take note. This is how you do good business and keep customers. Wow has this place grown up My wife and I used to drive by Lesueur Car Company back in the 80's so when I saw a car that I wanted for sale there, well, I had to think twice. Well My wife and I used to drive by Lesueur Car Company back in the 80's so when I saw a car that I wanted for sale there, well, I had to think twice. Well, am I glad I stopped in. Not only did they have the car I wanted "as advertised", Steven was great to work with and WOW, what a surprise that it had grown into the dealership it is now. Good for them, and good for me that I did not let past visual pictures deter me. These guys are great, no pressure and helpful instead of the typical tactics employed by every used car salesman on the planet. You guys ROCK!
