Best Car Buying Experience I’ve Had!!! I have purchased a few vehicles in the past and this by far was the best experience I have had. From the moment I walked into the LeSueur building the I have purchased a few vehicles in the past and this by far was the best experience I have had. From the moment I walked into the LeSueur building the staff and the environment had a different feel to it than any other car dealerships. There was No hassle, No pressure at any point during the purchase process. Steven took the time to ask me what I had in mind and stuck to those perimeters. Never at any point did he try to up-sell me to a different vehicle that was not in my budget. I went in knowing what I wanted and Steven LeSueur was efficient, helpful, and seemed nice a As far as car buying goes, this one was pretty painless. I went in knowing what I wanted and Steven LeSueur was efficient, helpful, and seemed nice and genuine. When I pulled into the lot, I was worried as it looked crowded and chaotic. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and helpful everyone was. Even though it was busy, I got the attention that I needed to finish the purchase. All of the family photos on the walls and bunches of LeSueur family members wandering around in shorts and LeSueur t-shirts was a nice touch. I paid cash, so wrapping things up was pretty quick, and even though Steven presented me with options for extended warranties, I never felt pressured to buy any extras. The only criticisms that I have are 1) I wasn't told until I was filling out the forms to buy that the car was being sold as "used" because it had been splattered with paint in transit from the manufacturer and that there would not be a paint warranty, and 2) the car only came with one key fob, which I was told about only after everything was wrapped up. Even though neither of those things were a big deal for me, they might be for someone else, which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. Bottom line, however, is that this was a pretty decent experience. I wasn't left with that sick feeling that I have had in the past when buying a car from a dealer. I would recommend the dealership and would personally go back if I were looking for another car. I recommend Steven, although I'm sure the others are fine too. More
