While driving in morning traffic in the rain my ABS and check engine light came on. I was nervous and called Mercedes-Benz immediately to see if I could get my car serviced. I was delighted they were able check engine light came on. I was nervous and called Mercedes-Benz immediately to see if I could get my car serviced. I was delighted they were able to get me in the same day and my car was fixed and back on the road the next day. Steve Davis communicated with me about my car details and provided excellent and quick service. Thank you so much! More

Great service. Easy to set appointment, in and out within 15 minutes dropping off vehicle and picking up a loaner. Service finished a little earlier than estimated. Our car experienced an issue with the height adjustment on the steering wheel.. Our service adviser, Steven Davis, informed us that the shop could look at it if we were willing to wait. After inspection it on the steering wheel.. Our service adviser, Steven Davis, informed us that the shop could look at it if we were willing to wait. After inspection it appeared that a part needed to be replaced which was in stock. Replacement of the part took approx. 1 hour which included updating some software. Having been in customer service for 40+ years and driving the Mercedes brand for the past 25 years, I was impressed with the speed, clear communication and professional service that was received from our adviser. One week later, Steven called us to see if the issue was resolved. Now that is A+ customer service which is rare to find nowadays. I can definitely recommend the service department and this dealership. They have our business secured for the future! More
