EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I actually went to Vernon Auto for a different car I had seen on the internet. However, it was sold just as I arrived. I spoke with a few people and s I actually went to Vernon Auto for a different car I had seen on the internet. However, it was sold just as I arrived. I spoke with a few people and somehow the HHR was brought up. Initially I disliked HHRs in general due to the body style, but when I seen it I wanted to drive it and I love the way it drives and how spacious it is. Jacob went on the test drive with me and I decided I wanted this vehicle. Jacob done everything he possibly could over the phone with me so wouldnt have to wait in the waiting room, which was awesome. I spent a total of about 15 minutes at the actual dealership. They were very quick and made this process simple. I will definitely return for my next vehicle. Thank you! Also Chris, Steve and Melinda were very inviting and had excellent communication skills. Overall good experience Steve Ybarra was great Steve made the process very easy. We did everything over email and snail mail and he even met us there on a Sunday when the dealership was closed! We drove 400 miles for the vehicle because it was a good value. We were a little disappointed that the vehicle wasn't better detailed and that some cosmetic things on the vehicle weren't listed on the website but nothing major. The car is still very nice and was the best value we could find on that make/ model. More
