Steve Ybarra is a salesman dedicated to trying to make his customers happy. He enjoys his job and dealing with people, but more importantly he says what he is going to do and does it. No ifs, no ands, no buts. With his positive attitude and attention to details for his customer, Steve is a great asset for the Vernon Auto Group. It does not stop with Steve. Sara Raines worked hard to get the financing from Ford at their best rate for me. Michial Cox did a great job of presenting the warranty options and completing the paperwork. After driving 300 miles to get to the dealership, the buying experience made the trip time well spent. Much better deal than local dealerships would ever consider. Then four days after the six hour return trip back home, I get a call from Ashley Hernandez just checking that everything is good and that I am still happy with our business transaction. Enjoyable Experience This was a verry pleasant transaction from the start over the phone. I contacted Steve, and in a few minutes I had all of the information I needed to This was a verry pleasant transaction from the start over the phone. I contacted Steve, and in a few minutes I had all of the information I needed to purchase a GMC Acadia. We visited about three more times over the phone and in three hours, I had a buyers order and had put up a deposit and the car was ours. I let Steve know the day we would be coming to get the car and he called me back the day before we were going and ask for a approximate arrival time and I gave him that. When we arrived the SUV was parked under the awning and was ready to go. Steve showed the vehicle to us and we were very impressed with the cleanliness and the detail of the vehicle. We went in and filled out some papers and then went into the F&I office and had a pleasant meeting with Michial Cox and signed our papers and then Steve showed us to our car and we were on our way.All questions were answered very professionally by Steve and Michael and our overall experience was very satisfying.
