Took my car in there for the passenger airbag recall. First time they brought it out the ac vent wasn’t pushed back in and my middle counsel had no power and the cigarette charging port came all the way First time they brought it out the ac vent wasn’t pushed back in and my middle counsel had no power and the cigarette charging port came all the way out of its houseing I called and they said to bring it back in on Tuesday, Tuesday my car sat there all day with nothing done to it . They dated they needed to order a part. Trip number 3 I dealt with a new employee who didn’t talk to me like I was trying to get free work on my car and actually got them to fix the main reason I had to bring my car back in there. It was an absolute joke to the first guy I talked too and he could not take accountability for the mistakes there workers made. Instead I lost time in my week and money because I had to Uber to and from because I could not wait for their transport home. Needless to say that will be the last time I take my car to this location. I should not have to argue about broken parts on my car after this company was the only one to touch it. I don’t need free labor but I’m also not going to pay someone else for your xxxx ups. More
