Steve and Troy were great in trying to take care of the issues I was having with my 2020 Mustang GT. Troy figured out the cause of a sound coming from under the hood by hearing a recording of it. Unexpectedly had a couple of nails in our tire, texted my service writer and asked if my wife could drop it off, sure he said. My wife dropped it off and they gave her a ride back to work.
