Because I wasn’t there I felt I took a back seat and other went before me despite me having an appointment for 1st thing in the morning. As always I get a spurious “shop supplies” charge which used to be ~$7-10, this time it was $30+. What possible shop supplies do you need to change oil and check tire pressures? Hand moisturizer for the mechanic? It’s xx sadly everyone does it. Simple gouging. I’m an airline pilot, fly and we charge for your ticket not the carpet in the jetway or the coffee cups it’s simply the cost of doing business. You and all other dealerships should be stopped at this ludicrous practice. Like “dealer fee” on a car purchase. Total xxxxxxxx. More
