I left them with instructions to diagnose and call me before doing anything. They still have not called me. I called them on January 3rd to see what was going on. My tech's name was Steve. When he answered the phone he was extremely rude. He told me my car was fixed. I asked why he never called me, and he lied and said that he tried calling my cell number, but it wasn't a valid number. Funny thing is, that's what I called him with. When I went to pick up my car, I had them dial my number and guess what, no problems, it rang and showed on my phone immediately. My cars problem was covered under warranty, so there was no charge. But this lack of concern for people needing their car is just unacceptable. I had to put out money for Uber rides to get back and forth to work for 7 days. Approximately $15 round trip for 7 days. This was the worst service I've ever gotten anywhere. Why should I not seek reimbursement for my Uber trips? More
