What service is supposed to be. I took my daughters car to Ford of Port Richey because she was having difficulties getting the recalls taken care of at her local dealership in Tampa I took my daughters car to Ford of Port Richey because she was having difficulties getting the recalls taken care of at her local dealership in Tampa. I asked Steve in the service department to take care of the recalls and look the car over and provide me with the cost of whatever the car needed. Because she lives in Tampa and we live in Newport Richey it is difficult to get to her she has car troubles. Steve took care of the recalls, contacted me for the needed repairs and what it would cost. I approve the repairs and the car was returned to me in less than 24 hours running better than it ever has. Not only is this great customer service but Steve explained the needed repairs well which gave me confidence in your dealership . Thanks Ed More
