Steve assisted with placing our custom order, keeping us updated on the order status, answering my many questions with a great response time. He kept us in the loop with any status updates during the entire process from targeted build week to build completion! I was so excited when he called on an early Friday morning and said "Your Chariot has arrived!" The time from build completion to delivery was well beyond my expectations!! On the day of delivery, Steve made sure he had everything prepped and ready before we arrived to the dealership to take delivery! Steve was patient, personable, accommodating, comedic, professional and an absolute JOY to work with. Steve went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience including staying late into the evening past his off time, never once making us feel like we were being rushed. We felt comfortable, like a part of the family and boy did he keep us in stitches!! The delivery process was PAINLESS, relatively short (about 2 hrs) and one of THE BEST vehicle purchase experiences we've EVER HAD!!! We were offered BUT NOT PRESSURED in any way to purchase any optional dealer coverages/service contracts (an ABSOLUTE FIRST compared to our previous car buying experiences) - Easy peezy! Where's the EASY button right?! Last but definitely not least, the Finance Manager, Barth was also fantastic to work with - NO hassle, NO fuss, NO pressure, just straight forward and professional (Funny too). We TOTALLY appreciated this experience. We were ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED!!! I understand why Phillips Chevy is the #1 Dealership in IL. We will DEFINITELY continue to patronize Phillips Chevy, Frankfort.
