I bought a certified suv . In the 18 day’s since it was bought l have had it 6. I only give credit to Steve in service for trying to make it right. More

Steve Nevitte has been my service advisor through the duration of owning my first MB and he's been outstanding! Each time I've needed scheduled service, or even had an emergency and needed to contact hi duration of owning my first MB and he's been outstanding! Each time I've needed scheduled service, or even had an emergency and needed to contact him, a simple text or email and he gets me taken care of. Having leased several cars over the past 20+ years, I've never had such an efficient service experience as Steve has been able to provide to me. A big part of my desire to become a repeat MB customer is in large part due to the professionalism and outstanding customer service that Steve has provided to me throughout the service life of my current vehicle. More

When I was working I could only make my division better if I knew something was wrong - there is also a say ' If if ain't broke - don't fix it " - I arrived at the MB service lane at noon on June 13th - St if I knew something was wrong - there is also a say ' If if ain't broke - don't fix it " - I arrived at the MB service lane at noon on June 13th - Steve was walking out to my car before I could get out - I had minor warranty stuff that need looked at - Steve did that and took some air out of my tires and I was on my way home by 12:25 PM Thank You More
