It is a very nice place to get service done. I would have appreciated it if the service department told me that they had a $50.00 special discount on my service. My service representative, Steve Meyer, truly stood out—he was friendly, personable, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. He took the time to clearly explain the services being performed and provided helpful information about my vehicle’s maintenance, which gave me a great sense of confidence and peace of mind. The level of customer service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. It’s not always easy to find a service department you can trust, especially after relocating, but this experience reassured me I made the right choice. I would not recommend this location for service. I was presented with a quote for over $8,000 for repairs that, after further review, turned out to be completely unnecessary. In addition to the pricing concerns, my experience with the service manager was disappointing. The approach felt overly aggressive and sales-driven rather than focused on transparency and customer care. I strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before authorizing major repairs here.
