The communication with the service department was terrible. My car was in their service department for over a month on a scheduled service. One repair was replacing the rear window mechanism, so I terrible. My car was in their service department for over a month on a scheduled service. One repair was replacing the rear window mechanism, so I knew it could take several days, but not a month. Multiple calls transferred to the service department were rarely answered and messages rarely returned. I had to personally stop by and talk to my service agent to get a status on my car. My agent did apologize to me for the delay when I finally picked the car up and made some adjustments to my bill. This was the second time in 3 months I had my car serviced at this dealership. The communication was even worse the second time. There will not be a third. More

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation/balance. I love the way they text me pictures of things they find that needs work so I can see for myself what they are talking about.
