Hello, My name is Steve laFrance. I was born on December 26th 1991 at St. Luke’s hospital in St. Louis Missouri. I am the oldest child out of 5 children in my family and have 3 brothers and 1 sister. I spent most of my childhood in Fenton Missouri and graduated from Rockwood Summit high school in year of 2010. I now live in Pacific, Mo. I have been in the car business since year of 2013! I started my career at a local Toyota dealership and a couple years later decided to join the great team of Weber Chevrolet! The reason why I got into the car business is because I have always been a fan of cars and trucks. Ever since I was little I could name almost every modern day vehicle by its make and model. My parents own 2 restaurants here in St. Louis which are Pacific Brew Haus located in Pacific, MO and Brew Haus 141 which is located in Fenton, MO!

Steve LaFrance was amazing! He listened to my list of "must haves" and stuck to it when selecting cars to show me. In the end, he got me in exactly the vehicle I wanted! Everyone was super friendly. Not only was Steve very knowledgeable, but his ability to take a step back and make small talk made the whole experience much better then I have had at other dealers. The is the second time in 1 year I've dealt with Steve. He showed me a few vehicles and we test drove 2. I was impressed by his patience with me this was the first time in my life I've shopped for a car He showed me a few vehicles and we test drove 2. Everything from purchase with Alex in used sales to pickup was perfect. A few things needed to be fixed & from Weber's wonderful liason Faith, who took care of my rental, to Angela in the body shop who pickup was perfect. A few things needed to be fixed & from Weber's wonderful liason Faith, who took care of my rental, to Angela in the body shop who made sure small hail damage was repaired; to Steve, the GM who coordinated with all the guys in service to get all the other minor stuff fixed & tidied up before my Tahoe was ready to roll. He also made sure that the tiny tear in my leather seat was repaired professionally like I had a brand new seat & last, but not leastly to Mike G in service who made sure I had 2 great new tires on before I left the shop. Top notch experience!! More
