Excellent, Steve definietly made the experience exemplary. Initially used the online service for a vehicle selection and that day Steve had reached out to me with specs and contact information. Steve was patient and made sure not to go over the top with contacting me. I had drove quite a way and when i arrived the vehicle i had originally inquired for was already pulled up and ready for a test drive. Paperwork was painless and enjoyed the finance department's company as well. The Corwin Toyota environment was also very comfortable with the play area for children, bathrooms were clean, beverage area. Thank you very much for the painless and fun time! More
