After being born in Tucson, Arizona, I have spent most of my life in the Columbus, Ohio area. I currently reside in New Albany. I have always been a goal oriented person so I decided to get into sales at a young age. I have had the opportunity to sell Brands such as BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Jeep, Volvo, Nissan, and Honda. I truly believe that Honda fits my expectations in terms of value, quality, and loyalty. I had the opportunity to spend 12 years in the mortgage business prior to joining Roush Honda. Best Christmas Ever!!! I have the best dad ever!! Random father/daughter date was at Roush Honda in Westerville the Monday before Christmas. We met Chris after he braved the biter cold to greet us. Right from the start we clicked, lots of coincidences. He let us look around and was never pushy, unlike the salesman I have had to deal recently. Been looking for a good vehicle for about a month up until we got "My Ticky". Chris was very friendly, very knowledgeable about the car, very personable too. Too bad I didn't drive a stick, there was a great deal on a white Civic right behind me the entire time! Finally, I got the car I wanted!! The color, everything! After dad and Chris talked about the boring part (down payment, finances and such). We had a 2 hour break while waiting for financing, tis the season, I got my keys!! I have never had anything so new, almost afraid to drive it. But now, this was the BEST present ever!! Overall, was a great experience with Roush and the Honda Crew. Even though, I got a flat tire on my way home, I am very happy with my Civic, Ticky. More

Customer Service at it's Best! I was looking to buy a car. Not sure at first if I wanted, used or new. Had to weigh out pros and cons and look at what I needed verses what I want I was looking to buy a car. Not sure at first if I wanted, used or new. Had to weigh out pros and cons and look at what I needed verses what I wanted. Thanks to my Dad, he helped lead me in the right direction. When We, my husband and I were looking for a car in the past, more than 10 years ago, we knew exactly what we were looking for. This time I did not. My husband has passed, not too long ago. I was afraid to start this process not knowing exactly what I wanted this time around. My Dad said narrow it down on what you think you want and would like. What you think looks good. I did. The Rave4, CR-V, Forester, Mazda CX....and any other crossover that may have caught my eye. I visited a Toyota Dealer, Subaru Dealer, Honda Dealer and a short visit to a Mazda Dealer. Open mind, hoping something would catch my eye. After days of pushy and smarmy dealer representatives, small cargo space and some very uncomfortable seats, I decided on the CR-V. The first Honda dealership we visited allowed us to test drive without someone breathing down our necks, (a good sign), turned out to be pushy, not willing to even think about a deal, ( willing to pay cash outright during the Holiday Season), and was difficult to find when we had questions and wanted to return the keys after the test drive. I wasn't sold. In fact, I went back to thinking about the Forester. My Dad said "Hey, What about Roush Honda?". My first new car, the Honda Element, was bought there and my Dad's most current car was bought there as well. My Dad reached out to Bill Seibert. Bill remembered my Dad. I get a phone call and the CR-V I was looking at was available at Roush. I had to get there...NOW. I pull in with my young daughter, walk in the door. Greeted by huge smiles as soon as I walk in. I was asked If I was expected or if they could send someone my way. I stated that we were looking for Bill. Not two seconds later, Bill with an extended hand, already knowing my name, asked if I was ready to see my new car. Until he said that, I did not know that I was. But, I was. My Dad was not there yet, but Bill spoke with me and my daughter. He made us feel more at ease. We went to see the car and sat. Bill Showed us some of the features without being pushy. And took the time to actually listen to my questions. My folks showed up. Bill remembered everyone's name. My Dad and I went out for a test Drive. I was so comfortable. Bill was right. This was my new car. We return after the test drive and Bill was waiting for us. He made us feel like there was no one else in the room, although they were clearly busy. We even said if he had others to attend to he could go. But he was focused on us without making us feel pressured. I bought my Basque Red CR-V. I am very happy with my car, but I feel that I am just as happy, if not more, with the service I received. Bill made, what could be a very unnerving situation, fun. I knew that I had made the best choice for me and my daughter. Roush Honda is a very special Dealership. You are NOT just a number for them. Their Service Department is amazing. And people actually remember who you are. (If they don't, you could sure never tell). Maybe because Bill is who he is and the employees there have an actual investment in Roush, you get some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I am in the customer service industry. I have a lot to learn from Bill Seibert and Roush Honda. Thank you so much & Happy New Year! More
