There is ample waiting room filled with lots of amenities. Not only are there seating areas, but tables that have outlets and make doing whatever you need to do easy so that you can make constructive use of any wait time if you decide to wait. They do provide a shuttle service if you desire. Raquel always ensures with follow up that your service experience was met with excellence. It is evident that customer service is the top priority at Arrowhead Honda. They are honest and ethical and a testament to what I expect from a car dealership and they always exceed my expectations. On 9/22/23 I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I met with Steve Bullock and he went over all the recommendations made by the technician before the service and again afterwards in great rotation. I was in and out in record time and this even included the complimentary car wash. I can't say enough good things about Steve and had an excellent service experience. He then reached out to me via e-mail to see if I had any concerns which impressed me making me feel he really cared about Honda's service. I also received an e-mail from Raquel Perez a couple days later again asking if I had any concerns with my service and to contact her if so.
