Tire replacement Steve the Service Adviser was great; took care of me on a Friday analyzing a slow tire leak on our brand new Jeep Cherokee due to a sidewall puncture. Steve the Service Adviser was great; took care of me on a Friday analyzing a slow tire leak on our brand new Jeep Cherokee due to a sidewall puncture. Steve ordered the tire, made sure I was Okay to drive on the weekend and replaced the tire early Monday. Excellent service on short notice. Thank you Steve and Ferman. More

Great Teamwork I went back one day after my initial service with a specific concern but my writer Steve was off. Given the run around Steve at the service center was helpful in diagnosing my car and getting it cleaned for me as well as giving me the number to Guardian. However, since Steve at the service center was helpful in diagnosing my car and getting it cleaned for me as well as giving me the number to Guardian. However, since calling Guardian I’ve become aware that the policy I was sold by this dealership doesn’t cover the one single thing I had asked for. Nobody has responded to me about this or has returned a single phone call. I have left messages with Eric as well as Jonathan. Very disappointing. More
