Steven Brawer HELPFUL & courteous! Mr. Brawer was very helpful & pleasant. I went in showroom twice, once to inquire about a car my BF had seen recently. Salesman very helpful, walked Mr. Brawer was very helpful & pleasant. I went in showroom twice, once to inquire about a car my BF had seen recently. Salesman very helpful, walked me over to used cars, the specific car was gone. He showed me couple others but, I APPRECIATED that he respected my indication that I was there for a service quote, didn’t have much time & I didn’t want to take up (waste) much of his time. Initially, I told him he didn’t even need to take me to look for the specific car my BF saw, if they didn’t know off the top of their heads if it was gone or or not. He was helpful, friendly, INFORMATIVE & not obnoxiously pushy. I almost asked for his card but, my BF probably took up more of another persons time in the past as he was seriously thinking of buying a Jeep truck before they were even available so, I believe he has 1-2 salespeople that he has started a rapport with because he did not buy the truck. Later, while I was on a call, I asked the front desk lady for a pen, another salesman offered me a pen & the use of his desk which I really appreciated. The ONLY reason I’m not giving 5 stars everywhere is because of something that’s not a big deal at all, but if you’re striving for perfection... when I went into service center there were, I believe, at least 4 men in their cubicles (Wednesday afternoon), some were on the phone (Mr. Brawer was) but, not all of them & I stood there for a few minutes (4-6 minutes?) before anyone spoke to me or acknowledged me. It’s very minor & the service I received afterward was top notch. But, I think I’m SLIGHTLY more patient & understanding than average & I was a little annoyed and began to wonder if I was in the right place. I think the first few minutes you have a customer are important because it sets the tone & I was beginning to worry about the service while I stood there waiting. Luckily, Mr. Brawer & everyone provides great service & therefore, that was reduced to a minor hiccup. But, it would behoove you to explain how quickly people can make up their minds & form negative opinions when their visit begins poorly. More
