I was driving, with a friend, from North Dakota to Wisconsin for a country festival. As I was going through the cities, a light came on my dashboard and I needed to have it checked out right away. Aft Wisconsin for a country festival. As I was going through the cities, a light came on my dashboard and I needed to have it checked out right away. After contacting two other dealerships for help (with no luck), I called Luther Hudson and talked with Steve. He was so friendly and helpful, he said to get to Hudson and in the morning he would get my Envoy in for service. It turned out I needed a new alternator. They got the part and I was back on the road by mid morning. My vacation saved! Thanks to Steve and Marti in Service for everything they did to get me back on the road. And a shout out to Vic who drove the courtesy car that got us to breakfast. I would recommend Luther Hudson because not only do they do great service work but they take customer service to the next level. More
