Tony, I am disappointed to hear you are still upset I would not commit warranty fraud on your behalf. You understood that putting a plow on a Ram 1500 not equipped to handle the additional stress, wear & tear that comes with a snowplow would put your warranty in jeopardy. A document was signed at delivery explaining the warranty conditions related to aftermarket products. The irony of this matter is after the initial issue occurred several months ago, you continued to use my service department for routine maintenance and warranty work. When I found out you were continuing to book service appointments while at the same time leaving negative reviews and slandering my reputation on social media, I came to the conclusion it was best to no longer do any business with you.

Jack, I am writing to you about a persistent service issue with my Jeep, which was previously serviced at Northwest Hills. The vehicle was brought in under warranty to correct the computer issues. I have the service invoice for this repair. Unfortunately, the exact same issue has now recurred. Because this problem has returned, it indicates that the initial warranty repair was unsuccessful in permanently resolving the issue. As the original work was performed under warranty, I expect Northwest Hills to stand by its service and rectify this faulty repair. I am requesting that the vehicle be fixed correctly at no further cost to me. Let's see if you can finally be a man of your word or representation of your dealership! Please let me know what steps you will take to resolve this matter. I look forward to your prompt reply. It would be nice if you had a little professionalism.
