My husband and I actually went to look for new night stands and was only stopping in to look at the Jetta's. Steve was so wonderful. We ended up purchasing a Brand new 2014 TDI that day. I returned on Monday morning and Steve walked me through with a hands on tutorial on every inch of the car (this is one of my personal favorite parts of our new car shopping experience). This truly was the best car shopping experience that we have ever had! We will be singing praises for years to come!! More

Steve is a kind and patient person to work with and he has a good sense of humor. He made sure that we got what we wanted. Although he has been there for a short time, he knew his product very well. There was no "game-playing" when it came time to get a trade-in credit and decide on the cost of our Tiguan. Aaron in the financial office took good care of us and got us out quickly. Follow-through has been great. The VW service department at Pete Moore VW absolutely ROCKS - and they have worked very hard to get it that way and keep it that way! More

The best experience buying a New Car I recently bought a new VW sport wagon from Pete Moore. I already new I wanted this car and when it was time to trade in. I chose pete moore for a number of reasons: they had one of the best prices within 100 mile radius of us, they were only a 25 mile drive and they a a big selection of VW vehicles. The experience was top notch as soon as I pulled up and got out of the car. As mentioned above, I knew exactly what I wanted and drove out to the lot to decide on a color. Steve, is an excellent salesman, no BS, and was quick to get us what we wanted so we could take it home that night!!! Great Results! I came to replace a car for my wife. I was looking for a used car, but Steve showed us around and then suggested a new car that was within our price r I came to replace a car for my wife. I was looking for a used car, but Steve showed us around and then suggested a new car that was within our price range. My wife loved the way it looked and the features it had. It has been the hit for our family and friends on the net due to its color and some eye (headlight) lashes we added. All of our dealings were very professional and friendly. We feel we've made some new friends. I can honestly say that talking and dealing with Steve and Kim was enjoyable. When we pulled up 2 days later with the eyelashes and some stickers on the back window many other salesmen came out to admire it and comment. I can truly say this was the easiest and most enjoyable purchase of an automobile that I have ever made. I agree with my husband. I have been rather hesitant, yes afraid to deal with car salesmen. In fact , the first day when Steve suggested I drive the car I refused. After all, your company is not going to sell new cars that can't be driven. I tend to shut out sales pitches. I did tell Steve to tell me everything I needed to know before I drove the car being as I tend to not be able to "walk and chew gum". As Cal said, the whole experience has been most enjoyable.
