Lou Shahinian was our Sales Consultant for the second time. He is the best. So easy to talk to and adds no pressure to the decision making process. Javier Zambrano was our financial contact. He was also excellent. He was very professional. knowledgeable and patient. Finally, we dealt with Steve Barsky, the General Sales Manager, who checked in on us regularly to make sure our transaction was going as smoothly as possible and that we were very satisfied with our purchase. very positive experience beginning to end I have never been to this dealership before, and have never owned a Toyota before. I made appointment the day before to come in to look at some new 4 I have never been to this dealership before, and have never owned a Toyota before. I made appointment the day before to come in to look at some new 4Runners. I actually rcvd a phone call from the Sales Manager, Steve Barsky, on the morning of the appointment, verifying that I would be coming in and to narrow down the time. That alone surprised me, as in modern times, it seems (to me) that people do not want to put any effort in to actually doing business, unless it is a Slam Dunk. I arrived at the Dealership, and went to Reception Desk where I was met by Dawn, who actually remembered my phone call from the previous day, and that I was interested in looking at 4Runners. Steve Barksy (who I said in another review rating site) seems to run the place like a Fortune 500 company. He came over to me, and introduced himself, before handing me over to one of his sales Associates, Mike DeNoble. I identified to Mike what was important to me in re the car I wanted to buy. He presented the cars that met those requirements, and I made a decision. The last person I met with was the Finance Associate/Manager, Selina Johnson, who was obviously very knowledgeable, not to mention someone who could lower anyone's Bloodpressure just by talking to her, she is so nice. I have not even had the car yet for 24 hours, and I have never owned a Toyota before, so we will have to wait some time before I comment on the longevity/reliability of the car, but I am hopeful that will also be as good as the sales-Service has been. A positive experience every way you look at it, and I expect to use them for the service/maintenance of the car. Kevin More

The professional treatment and attention that we received from Mike DeNoble and from Steve Barsky was truly phenomenal. They were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding our decision to lease this time. They exhibited excellent, courteous, friendly and professional customer service. There should be more salespersons like the two of them. Our treatment at the Cottman store far exceeded the treatment we received for ten years at the Glenside store from the same salesperson whom I had to report to the CEO in 2013. More
