Great Staff at Lexus of Rockford I was considering trading my 2008 ES in on a newer pre-owned model recently, and had not dealt in Rockford before. My husband set up an appointment with Steve Anderson to drive a pre-owned 2014 ES and from the moment we walked in the dealership, we felt comfortable. Steve Anderson was so great to work with, as was Chris Beto who also helped us out when Steve was not available. Dave Pearson was very pleasant to negotiate with and we were able to get a deal worked out without any major hassle. I would HIGHLY recommend dealing with Steve, Chris and Dave at Lexus of Rockford. Nice people...poorly serviced car. I purchased a used Subaru Outback last week. The sales team were very accommodating. Very pleasant and professional I sincerely felt that I was getting an honest square deal, even though it was a high-mileage used car. I understand it was sold "as-is". Unfortunately, the car should have been examined properly. Large oil spots in my driveway and my shop parking lot. Oil everywhere! Someone put 6 quarts of oil in a crankcase that holds 4.2 quarts. I emptied the pan, measured the amount, referred to the manual and put the correct 4.2 quarts back in. Also, the plastic shroud, or underneath "brush-guard was missing a large section. Negligent service. I cleaned the underside of the engine compartment thoroughly. Oil everywhere. Leaks like a sieve! Unbelievable This car should have been repaired or auctioned or LET THE BUYER BEWARE of a "slight oil leak". I cannot fault the sales people but someone in service should have given a heads-up. More

A Wonderful Experience We came in to look at a new model SUV (NX), but we discovered that it was smaller than we expected. Our options were to go home and re-think what we wanted to do, or begin looking at the RX-350. We worked with Steve Anderson, and he was very patient and applied NO PRESSURE. In the end, we ended up purchasing a 2016 RX-350. We traded in an ES-350 (2007), and we were given a fair trade-in price. Everyone in the showroom was courteous and helpful. We look forward to trading in our second Lexus vehicle when the time comes to up-grade. We paid cash for our purchase, but Dan Clapper was helpful in facilitating the paying of our Wisconsin sales tax, so we would not have to deal with that red-tape when we returned home. More

Steve Anderson did a great job showing us the various options we should consider in the new Lexus 2015 and 2016's but we wanted to stay with a pre driven RX 350. He found it for us! Great job Steve!
