Would have rated higher , but there was some miscommunication on when my truck would be done. I was not notified that the repair had been completed , but did swing by dealership later to check. miscommunication on when my truck would be done. Been very happy with my service in the past , but this one was not good all around. I think Stephen was off that day , but unsure who was to handle the communications. More
