While this 2023 is my 7th BMW X3, it my second experience with BMW of Tenafly and I’m pleased to say that my experience was client-focused and very pleasurable. My 2020 lease was due to expire in November an with BMW of Tenafly and I’m pleased to say that my experience was client-focused and very pleasurable. My 2020 lease was due to expire in November and Steve Hourican urged me to come in to see him in August to make sure I’d have a new car. He followed up several times and finally told me my new 2023 was ready to be picked up on 9/16/22. Marlend Kaceli was very professional handling the transfer of my 2020 X3 and made the experience pleasurable. Landon Greer handled all the paperwork for the transition and made the process easy-again, a great experience. When it came time to show me how everything works in my new 2023, Elizabeth Castillo earned her title of BMW Genius! She was knowledgeable, very patient and professional. When I needed her assistance again today, she welcomed me back to the dealership and answered all of my questions. This was not just a “purchase” it was a relationship building experience. More

This was the third time we stepped foot into this dealership. We had hoped to give it raving reviews, but unfortunately, the experience left a bad taste in our mouth. With a luxury brand like BMW, dealership. We had hoped to give it raving reviews, but unfortunately, the experience left a bad taste in our mouth. With a luxury brand like BMW, we had expected service typical of all other luxury brands. We had worked with Richard Viole initially, and he "seemed" knowledgeable and professional. Boy were we wrong. We leased our vehicle, and as the dates were coming near had inquired politely about the delivery knowing that there was a supply chain issue with parts. We were told it was coming in, and obviously being excited wanted everything to be ready. As with other luxury brands we worked with, we asked if they could align some items ready for the vehicle once we received the vehicle. Unfortunately, it didn't happen that way. The experience and the responses we received were derogatory and condescending. It was disappointing to see, and forwarded to the GM, Brock Sanders and their sales manager, Jeffrey Martinez. They were quick to remediate the issue, and immediately assigned a new rep, Brian Morales. Honestly, if we had dealt with him earlier on, I doubt we would have had these issues. Fast forward to today - our temp plates had expired, and we reached out to check on the status on the plates. Brian, on his days off, took the time out to check and left a message, which I didn't receive until later at night when my assistant notified me. I reached out to him the next day and come to find that they were already in the dealership. I went to the dealership immediately, and then come to find out the plates were delivered on March 1st, and no one had the courtesy to notify us that they arrived. Frankly, if we had Brian from Day-1, they would have been getting a 5-star review. Instead, I can only assess based on the experience from day-1 to today. It's great that other individuals provided these raving reviews. Maybe they caught them on a good day, but there's clearly a disconnect with their processes. It is unfortunately that one bad representative will ruin the entire experience with the dealership. I sincerely hope they remediate these experiences especially with the brand that they represent. More

I had excellent positive experience at the dealership. My lease was due I was shopping for next BMW. Due supply line shortage to car industry, the price was very high. BMW tenafly has no loyalty to their costumers. Was returning a lease and getting a new car. Paid a much higher down payment than I wanted to and a much higher monthly price. Whatever I heard about dea returning a lease and getting a new car. Paid a much higher down payment than I wanted to and a much higher monthly price. Whatever I heard about dealerships having a lack of inventory so I just dealt with it. Return my car and a week later they send me a bill for $2,000 of “damages”. The car was in very good shape, tried to say something was wrong with one of my tires until I complained and they removed that payment. Never dealt with a dealership that’s doesn’t take care of very minor damages when I’m sticking with that company. All they are is money hungry. More
